I am an experienced B2B SaaS designer and illustrator with an experimental, modern approach to digital design. My work is driven by empathy, informed by data, and based on outcomes. Currently Brand Design Lead at Zapier.
ZapConnect is an online conference hosted by Zapier. The conference is designed to bring together people from around the world to learn about automation, productivity, and related topics. I have had the opportunity to work on the project as the sole designer. It allowed me to showcase my design skills in various areas, including marketing materials, webpages, and keynote assets. The conference had over 24k registrations and over 5k attendees.
The Zapier rebrand was an ambitious project aimed at creating a modern, approachable, and dynamic brand that puts the customer at the center. The project involved updating the Zapier logo, color palette, typography, and other visual elements across all touchpoints. The rebranding has been well-received by both users and industry experts and has helped position Zapier as a leading player in the automation space.

Buffer and Wistia created Built to Last to help small business owners understand how to build lifetime brands. Each episode featured key insights from the best speakers in the business. In the first few days, we received over 3,000 registrations and 2,200 online listens. We also got incredibly positive feedback.
A creative campaign aiming to amplify customer loyalty. The goal was to transform Buffer's customers into advocates, collaborators, and partners. Included swags made up for a survival kit for social media managers. The outcome of the campaign was very positive. Half of the swag receivers have posted on social media.
Creative project to support product repositioning. Buffer is mainly known just as a scheduling tool. In fact, its all-in-one social media toolkit that includes publishing, analytics, and engagement solutions. I founded and led the creation of a short video explaining new value proposition.
Buffer is an organization with strong values, dedicated to advocating for inclusiveness and fair business. The previous identity didn’t communicate it well enough. My goal was to create a new style that reflects the open nature of the team’s mindset. I found the sweet spot between a friendly feel and a trustworthy appearance.
KnowledgeBase.ai is a helpdesk software for customer service representatives. The identity is built around my idea of a „laboratory of knowledge” – a place where all the knowledge is researched, probed, and loaded right into the brain. I designed a logo, website, marketing materials, and icons. I also created all the illustrations associated with the product.
Hear about the frameworks and processes I used to bring personality to Buffer's brand in an episode of "Inside Marketing Design" hosted by Charli Marie.
