Identity design
ZapConnect 2023 was a record-breaking event, achieving over 50% year-over-year growth in attendance and surpassing 115% of our projected attendance goal. As part of the Brand Studio team, I played a key role in shaping the event’s success by designing a comprehensive identity system, high-quality web experiences, and compelling marketing assets.
A highlight of my work was leading the design of the keynote presentation in just three weeks. Spanning 125 slides, the keynote told a captivating story about the Zapier Automation Platform, reshaping how customers see Zapier. This effort was a deeply collaborative project with product marketing, motion designers, and the video team, featuring product animations, illustrations, and static compositions.
We also experimented with AI, leveraging it to generate visuals for case study slides, which captivated the audience and underscored Zapier’s commitment to cutting-edge technology. The event not only elevated Zapier’s brand but also drove meaningful business impact, including increased adoption of features like the AI-powered Zap Guesser.
