For the launch of Zapier's latest offering, Central, I led the creation of a fresh subbrand designed to position it as a more user-friendly and emotionally engaging automation tool. In just a 4-day sprint, we explored multiple identity directions, ultimately landing on a concept that infused the product with distinct bot personalities. Inspired by 90s nostalgia, the design featured pixelated styling and playful, expressive eyes, evoking the charm of a modern-day Tamagotchi—but this time, instead of needing care, it’s taking care of work for you in a fun and efficient way.
Collaboration was key to this project’s success. Partnering closely with Product Marketing and the Central team, we developed cohesive messaging for the landing page and crafted various launch assets. This project exemplifies the power of teamwork and strategic design, delivering a cohesive and impactful brand identity under tight timelines.
