KnowledgeBase.ai is a helpdesk software for customer service representatives. With a simple editor, one can create beautiful self-service tutorials and guides. The identity is built around my idea of a „laboratory of knowledge” – a place where all the knowledge is researched, probed, and loaded right into the brain. I designed a logo, website, marketing materials, and icons. I also created all the illustrations associated with the product.
